The FTCE Preparation website is here to better prepare students by building
their competencies and skills for the Florida Teacher's
Certification Examination. The goal is to build confidence in our future
educators so they can pass the exam with ease.
How can this website help?
We assess skill levels through diagnostic testing, the system generates an assessment report stating competency/skill strengths and weaknesses. A subject area path will be generated that reflects the assessment. The students are then directed to appropiate preparatory tests and/or tutorials.
When the student has mastered all competencies and skills, he or she will take the mock test. The mock test is designed to simulate the FTCE administered by the Florida Department of Education.
If needed, extra help will be available by contacting your school's administrator.
